Misha is a serial entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience founding and running successful technology companies. He started his first business building computers in his bedroom and later merged with Advanced Computer Software Group PLC in 2011. He plays an active role in the European tech eco-system as an advisor, angel investor and mentor and serves on the Board of a number of high growth technology companies.
He is a strong believer in innovation and technology to improve the world, passionate about innovation, strategy, company culture and sustainable futures.
Misha currently lives between his homes in London, UK and Chamonix, France. When he is not busy working, he likes to climb, ski and ride his bike. In 2015 he represented Great Britain at the Ski Mountaineering World Championships in Verbier.
A few years ago, a chance meeting with adventurer and mapping expert David Cowell sparked the beginning of his most ambitious project to date, combining his passion for mountains and technology – to build FATMAP, the world’s leading adventure platform and the most precise and detailed 3D map of the outdoors. Using gaming technology and disruptive models from the tech and music industry Misha is on a mission to build the highest resolution computational map of our planet.
